    Before you make a commitment or if you're merely interested in finding out some information, let's meet and discuss your goals. Every person is different and one approach does not apply to all. We like to take this time to figure out the right path for you. This also a good opportunity for you to get to know your trainer and discuss any of your thoughts or concerns.

  • Individual Sessions:

    For the most part, we have two types of clients: those that schedule sessions 1-3 times per week and those that schedule sessions once every 4-6 weeks for a program update. Which category you fall into depends on where you are starting and what your goals are.

    If you are brand new to exercise, coming back after a long period of time off, or working on a specific goal, we highly suggest meeting at least once per week. This keeps you accountable, it keeps you motivated, and it allows me to make sure you are doing everything correctly and make changes as needed. Our weight loss and body composition change clients have the most success with this set-up.

    If your goal is weight loss, you can expect to receive a food journal. We will go over some general tips on healthful eating with you and we will review this journal once per week until you have reached your goal.

    If you have been exercising regularly or you have achieved your goals with weekly sessions, meeting every 4-6 weeks for a program update is a natural progression. For new clients, a minimum of 3 sessions is needed to be able to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to put together a program.

    • Boot Camp

      Everyone who exercises and enjoys a challenge is encouraged to attend Boot Camp! It suits all fitness levels though you will perform better if you have developed some cardio endurance beforehand. Click here for more info!

      • Online Training

        Through online fitness coaching, we will be able to work together from a distance and you will still get the benefits of a personalized exercise program as well as accountability to get it done. In addition, we are available for nutritional guidance and general questions whenever you need help. Click here for more info!

    Boot Camp: $10 each session or $80 for 10 session punch card.
    Online Training: Monthly Plan or 12 Week Transformation
