    Starting measurements to be taken between 1/8/12 and 1/14/12. Final measurements will be taken exactly 6 weeks from the date of starting measurements. Weight will be taken weekly.

    Percentages of both body weight and body circumference measurements will be taken as opposed to total weight or inches lost. This allows for a fair competition no matter the participants' starting body weight or size.

    Participants' programming will differ depending on individual fitness assessments. All participants will be required to submit a food journal with date, time, food eaten, and quantity of food eaten for the duration of 6 weeks. All participants will also be required to keep a log of cardio and weight training workouts for the duration of 6 weeks.

    Should there be a tie between two or more participants upon final measurements, the participant with the most complete journaling based on the assigned program will be declared the winner. Should there be a tie with one participant having a greater percentage of body weight lost and another participant with greater percentage of body circumference lost, the participant with greater percentage of body circumference lost will be declared the winner.
