• Boot Camp


    Everyone who exercises is encouraged to attend boot camp! It suits all fitness levels though I would advise developing some cardio endurance beforehand.

    Here is the January schedule:

    Saturdays at 8am

    Sessions will be held at West Springfield United Methodist Church, 800 Amostown Road. Please like us on Facebook and check for any schedule changes. Boot camp sessions last for 50-60 minutes. No sign up, just show up!

    Cost is $10 per one session. Try your first session FREE!
    Bring a friend any time and get another FREE session!


    Group training punch cards now available! $80 for 10 sessions!

    Bring:
    Water
    Towel if you sweat a lot
    Towel/mat for ab exercises
    LOTS OF ENERGY!

    Make sure you eat a decent meal 45-60 min before boot camp, preferably a carb and protein meal. (Ex: deli sandwich on wheat, chicken and brown rice or sweet potato, etc.)

    ** A heart rate monitor is recommended (but not required) for these work outs. You can purchase one here.
